You must be 18โ65 years old, weigh at least 50kg, and be in good health. Most adults qualify.

Red blood cells: 42 days. Plasma: up to 1 year (frozen). Platelets: only 5 days.

Blood pressure, haemoglobin check (5 min)

Donation
Comfortable chair, 8โ10 min to donate 450ml

Refreshment
Juice & biscuits, rest 10โ15 min, you're free!
๐ Before You Donate:
- Drink plenty of water (at least 2 glasses)
- Eat a healthy meal โ avoid fatty foods 3 hours before
- Wear clothing with sleeves that roll up easily
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after donation
- Sleep well the night before
